Euro zone exits the recession or not yet ??
The
euro zone economy expanded by 3 per cent on the second quarter of 2013. And
recovered from 18-months recession
But
still below the U.S. and UK growth
rates,
the
figures show improvement , but were also cautious as the debt crisis continues
to undermine the economy and unemployment runs at record highs.
Like
the analysts of Bank of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking corporations «HSBC» , as
well as ' Centre for Economic Policy Research' based in Washington have doubt
about the sustainability of the European recovery.
This
was due to several reasons as Emerging countries, which had until now boosted
sales outside Europe, facing economic
difficulties due to rising inflationary pressures and currency depreciation.
Except
German , European investments also recorded slowdown in growth due to weak
purchasing power.
Despite
the resumption of growth , lower public debt and the gradual extinction of
austerity policies , economists estimate that the magnitude and duration of the
recovery are not sufficient to conclude that the euro zone has exit its
recession.
To
make sure about that, we have to wait the outcome of the third quarter growth,
which will be released on November 14th 2013.
