Disappointing UK inflation

The
British economy witnessed today the release of inflation data which indicated a
decline of the Consumer Prices index to the lowest level in 12 years during the
month of November And recorded a drop to 1.0% compared with the previous
reading at 1.3%, while the forecasts indicated an increase by 1.2%.
On a monthly basis, the prices fell by 0.3%, after it increased by 0.1% during the month of October.

At the same time, investors remain cautious ahead of the FOMC meeting decisions due tomorrow, amid increasing speculation about possible raising interest rates on the next year 2015.
