FOMC main decisions

Yesterday the market witnessed the release of the key event for this week. Concerning the FOMC monetary policy meting decisions and then the Fed governor Janet Yellen speech. In fact, Yellen said that raising interest rates may need more time.
The Fed also claimed that the U.S economic activity is expanding at a moderate pace, and labor market conditions improved further, however the inflation rate continues rate remain lower than the main target of the bank.
Then she concluded that the monetary policy decision depends on the economic data. So any disappointing data will keep interest rates low, while if the data are higher than expectations it may push the Fed to raise the interest rates sooner than market expectations.
